Beef Brisket

10 lbs brisket
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons hot sesame oil
2 40-oz bottles soy sauce

Trim fat off of brisket and cut into ¼ inch thick slices. Mix ingredients and marinate over night. Cook on grill. If you wear dentures, make sure you use your super strong glue to hold your teeth in!

Rowdy Robert's BBQ Sauce

4 - 64 oz bottles Hunts Ketchup
6 - 12 0z jars Grandma's Molasses

9 tablespoons French's Mustard
6 tablespoons Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
5 tablespoons Colgin Liquid Smoke
5 tablespoons Texas Pete Hot Sauce
7 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
9 tablespoons Realemon Juice

Mix second set of ingredients together. Rinse containers with lemon juice to get it all out so you can put everything back into ketchup bottle (I use the molasses jars also, they are great for sharing).

Adjust hot sauce to tast. Refrigerae after making. Discard by date on lemon juice.

Ham and Cheese Casserole

Preheat oven to 325°

1 12-oz package egg noodles
2 8-oz packages chopped broccoli
3 cups cubed, fully cooked, ham
1½ - 2 cups mozzarella (or Italian 6 cheese blend w/ moz,prov,parm,..)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or whatever you prefer for flavor)
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook egg noodles, drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixutre into pan, cover and bake in oven ° for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.

Italian Sausage with Peppers

3 Packages Sweet Italian Sausage
2 Yellow Peppers, sliced
2 Green Peppers, sliced
1 large yellow onion, sliced
2 14 oz cans diced tomatoes or Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic 2 Tablespoons dry basil 2 Tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Hoagie buns
Mozzarella cheese

Cut up Italian sausage, cook, drain. Combine all ingredients in crockpot, place on low 5-6 hours (or high 3-4 hours). Stir occasionally. When done, slice hoagie roll, fill, top with cheese and place under broiler to melt cheese. Delicious!
