Moo-Moo's Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven to 375°

1/2cup flour
6 - 7 eggs
15 oz can pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 - 2½ brown sugar
Milk

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except milk. Slowly add enough milk until number of pies desired (enough mile for about 3 pies makes a good tasting pie). Bake 40-45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

This pie has a light pumpkin flavor.

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

3 tablespoons butter
1 10 oz package marshmallows (4 cups mini marshmallows)
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
1 10 oz package Recee's Peanut Butter Chips

In large bowl, combine cereal and peanut butter chips. Set aside.

Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, mixing until smooth.

Add marshmallow mixture to cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evening into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with butter.

Fruit Pizza

Preheat oven to 350°

1 tube sugar cookie dough
1 8 oz package cream cheese
sugar to taste
kiwi, strawberries, or your favorite fruits


Roll out cookie dough onto round stone. Bake till light brown. Cool. Meanwhile add sugar to taste and mix with cream cheese until smooth. Spread on top of cooled cookie dough. Add your favorite fruits. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Apple Crisp by Lisa

Preheat oven to 350°

8 cups Granny Smith apples
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cups cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup butter, melted
Dash ground cinnamon

3/4 cups sugar
½ cups salt
1½ cups flour
6 tablespoon soft butter
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups cinnamon
3/4 cups nutmeg

Peel, core and slice apples. Place sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in large plastic baggy, add apples and shake, coating apples. Arrange apples in buttered 9x13 baking dish.

Mix brown sugar, oats, butter and cinnamon, drop by teaspoon on apples.

Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Cover and bake 30 minutes, then bake 30 min uncovered or until apples tender.
